Business Development Executive

About the role

Campus partnerships are how communityX grows. You will own the relationship with colleges across North India from the first conversation through to a running chapter — talking to placement cells, HODs and student bodies, and getting them to say yes to hosting something real.

This is a full-cycle role. You find the accounts, you run the meetings, you close, and you stay with the college through the first event.

What you'll do

• Build and work a pipeline of colleges across North India
• Run the first meeting yourself: placement officers, department heads, student council
• Get chapters signed, launched and through their first event
• Work with the programs team so what you promised is what gets delivered
• Keep the CRM honest — forecasts the rest of the team can plan against
• Bring back what colleges are actually asking for, so the programs team can build it

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in business development, partnerships, campus sales or ed-tech
• You have carried a target and hit it
• Comfortable running a room of senior academics without a manager present
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Hindi
• Willing to travel across North India; based in Delhi

Bonus points

• You have sold into colleges or universities before
• You ran a student club, fest or campus community yourself
• Familiar with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
